Rutherford Ranch
Our ranch is a twenty acre working horse ranch and is home to Katie Wagner Show Horses. With three barns to choose from, we are sure to have the perfect set up for your horse. The Main Barn boasts twenty three stalls, with single box stalls, double box stalls and in and out stalls. There is also a twenty stall Mare Motel as well as a four stall barn with in and out box stalls with runs. The ranch has two arenas with premium sand footing, a round pen, four turn outs, a large tack room, TheraPlate and an Equisizer. The owner lives on-site and is constantly making upgrades and improvements to the facility. This beautiful ranch is the former home to Jack and Linda Baker and is rich in history. There are industrial fly zappers as well as an automatic fly system in both large barns. All stalls are matted and cleaned seven days a week with fresh bedding weekly. Your horse will be well cared for in a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
